new gadget, and the state of service

Got a new mobile phone gadget going today, after much queueing and hassling at my nearest mobile service provider outlet.

The one thing I can say for certain is, our country still lags behind when it comes to servicing customer needs.and this speaking from personal experience comparing our service values,professionalism and ethics toe-to-toe with our foreign counterparts. We either buck up or just forget about our dream of becoming a service oriented economy
